There will be a sign-up meeting for volunteer coordinators on Sunday, November 19th, immediately following the morning worship service. The rules for each event will be available at the meeting for your convenience. If you are unable to make the meeting and would like to coordinate an event please let Terri know ahead of time by text. We will also use this meeting to decide a start date and time for practices.
Remember the convention is early this year, March 30 – April 1, 2018.
Participants, if you are planning to do L.T.C. this year please fill out the registration form and make your choices of events. Please return the form by Wednesday, November 15th, to Terri or send her a text with your event selections. She will be preparing the event rules for everyone to take home on Sunday, November 19th.
